With this service, AFLOW offers its guidance prior to the purchase and in parallel to the sale process with online consultations that will be able to clarify doubts and reassure about the property potential, and finally to choose the right Swiss property for you.
The basic service is structured as follows, although we can adapt it according to specific needs and, if requested, also plan a visit on site together.
CONSULTATION 1 (FREE) – 1h: This not binding first consultation is free and it will be the opportunity to understand the potential buyer’s needs and give preliminary feedback on the available documents, as well as to explain the Swiss process for construction projects and Planning Permission.
CONSULTATION 2 – 1h: presentation of the site regulation, constraints analysis, and feedback on the volumetric potential.
CONSULTATION 3 – 1h: presentation of a preliminary feasibility study based on the previous exchanges.
Please note, the feasibility study will be based on the documents provided and must be considered for what it is, a preliminary concept that will need to be further developed to elaborate the project and execution drawings.
