Nature of the website

This is a static website hosted on Infomaniak’s servers (Switzerland). It sets no tracking cookies, uses no behavioural analytics tool, and embeds no third-party content capable of tracking you.

Data we collect

We do not collect any data without your knowledge. The only information we process is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Message content

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to reply to your request.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b; revFADP art. 31 para. 2 let. a).

Retention period

Messages are retained for the time needed to handle your request, then for the duration of any resulting contractual relationship, plus applicable legal retention periods.

Server logs

As our host, Infomaniak may retain technical logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for security and service-operation purposes. Those logs are governed by Infomaniak’s own policy, available at infomaniak.com.

Your rights

Under the Swiss revFADP and the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@aflow.ch.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the competent supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
